What's peoples predictions on there being a Spike HD?
Tbh, ocav, I think the answer to that one is unlikely. Many of the US-derived channels like the CBS ones, Tru TV, etc. don't have HD variants and that includes Viacom's own Viva channel. Therefore, I think the chances of getting Spike in HD are pretty remote - sorry.
Surprised to see Sky Poker go, with Sky selling of most of Sky Bet I thought that the Sky Poker channel would survive, albeit going FTA. With Sky Poker and Alexander Casino closing, that leaves SuperCasino as a only remaining gambling channel. In 2006 there were several gambling channels including the awful quiz channels. I remember Avago was the first gambling channel to launch on Sky in 2002.
It absolutely wasn't meant to be taken that way. It was a light hearted remark which I had hoped the smilie indicated.
I stand duly corrected but it is sometimes difficult to tell in a words-only format and some smilies, such as the wink and rolleyes ones, are ambiguous to say the least and prone to misinterpretation.
I can't seem to add the new ITV Border Scotland when I try to scan for it on a Sky box on 10.994H, it doesn't seem to be one of the channels labelled "ITV". I also added it to a non Sky box and whilst that works most times, sometimes it crashes and hangs the whole box meaning you have to take the power out at the wall., so it's rather difficult to try and watch "Representing Border" and "Border Life"!

HTIMS - upgrade screen
This channel has video PID ONLY at present.
It was labelled ECAMA before being relabelled
This is the SD version of ECAM on 11.758 H
I have 'Adult nightly 4' (was at no signal) stored in my "other channels" and it now appears as 'HTIMS' (with upgrade screen).
10.921 H, 22.000, 5/6, DVB-S, QPSK.
'XXX Brits'....No signal.
Note: I assume this was hidden from digboxes but now viewable.
Isn't that on channel 930?
This was a type 05 DVB channel so looks as if it has changed.
I will check later on.
That is an uncalled-for, uncivil and impolite comment and this good weekly thread does not need such crude remarks.

That;s OK but can we put that remark to bed now? We don't want to see poor feeling on here.

'Sky Poker.com has now been removed from Sky EPG 861.
Currently at 'No signal' off the EPG on 12.304 H, 27.500, 2/3, DVB-S, QPSK.
'Alexcasino' has now been removed from Sky EPG 864.
Currently showing a "black level screen with the time at the bottom" off the EPG on 11.390 V, 27.500, 2/3, DVB-S, QPSK.
11.390 V, 27.500, 2/3, DVB-S, QPSK.
'Alexcasino' (still showing a "black level screen with the time at the bottom") has now been relabelled as "53530".
It just checked..XXXBrits is still on Sky channel 930. Is there really a second, identical label off the EPG?
I can confirm that XXXBrits is now reconfigured as a type 01 DVB channel rather than a type 05 stream. That is why you can now tune it in.
It is on the EPG already so does not need adding to the test list.
