Worried about my slow PC

I've been worried about a few things with my PC of late. Google chrome not working and I'm noticing that with some web pages it's very slow to connect or gets jammed. I'm wondering if it needs a clean? How best to go about it?

    Are you sure it's not your internet connection? It might be worth rebooting your PC and router.

    After that, a sudden slowdown and instability of your browser could be a malware infection. A scan with Malwarebytes (free) is always a good start.

    How often do you clean out your cache/history/cookies in Chrome?

    ccleaner and then a quick defrag of the drive and give anti virus and antimalware a run as well, also open up the case and clear out any dust bunnies
