What line/broadband package should we order?

I am on a caravan site residents committee and a couple of years ago we installed an e-box ( http://www.e-box-uk.com/about_e-box.htm ).
We rented a business BT line (only provider available) and broadband.
We are getting charged a ridiculous amount for this service. The box is prevented from downloading and is designed specifically for surfing.
No phone calls whatsoever are made on the line.
Would it be possible to downgrade to a residential line and getting the cheapest broadband provider? What do you think? The line is on the Galgate exchange in Lancaster.
