A little later than the other channels but Channel 5's Christmas presentation began today (17th December) with this very festive ident...

    Very poor considering how good their graphics department usually is.

    Why start a new thread for such a forgettable ident? :confused:

    I couldn't find the other one when I searched. Just looked again and I realised other idents are being discussed in the BBC thread. Oops, sorry. :o

    I don't see how it's "very poor" though. Very poor would be just sticking an Xmas related graphic over the top of their existing idents. At least they made something new and suitably colourful to mark the occasion.

    It's just a few baubles. It is very poor.

    At least they try to do something for Christmas unlike Channel 4 who haven't bothered since 2005!
