This is all just my opinion by the way.
There really is no risk for the people involved (apart from the acts). The Syco company make enough money from advertising, phone votes, ITV etc. So there is no fear of failure if the act who wins has a disastrous career after the show ends.
If the whole revenue for the company was dependant on the winner being a success we may see a totally different programme.
Also the judges are not putting their reputations or money on the line, they are just there to get paid and try and get one over on eachother
The only people in the whole thing who can possibly lose are the acts.
Not sure how it could alter to be honest.
