Marc Headley's wife, Claire, was educated at Scientology's Greenfields School in East Sussex. Like most of the pupils she joined the Sea Org and was forced to have an abortion when she fell pregnant. She wasn't allowed to contact Marc to let him know what was happening.

The Headley's are still followed by private detectives who monitor their movements, Not so long ago Claire discovered one taking photographs of her children at a playground. That's what our tax money is going to help fund.

Meanwhile, someone from Anonymous has commented on the issue.

A good example of the financial rabbit hole one disappears into when looking at Scientology fundraising. If you have a bit of time, there are some interesting details Anonymous discovered.

And if you want to see 'love bombing' in action, here's video of a man who has given a lot of money away just a couple of months after getting approached to take a free stress test in Birmingham.

I posted this in the other Scientology thread in Showbiz, and I will post this piece of info here also - the Dear Leader of Scientology David Miscavige will have to give a deposition in the court case surrounding Marty and Mosey Rathbun's harrassment by the 'Squirrel Busters'. Tony Ortega's reporting on the story here. No doubt this will please some of the Scieno-watchers here on DS - I know I'm pleased. I forsee 2014 being a very good year...

I chuckled heartily when one of the 14 lawyers Scientology has in court attempted to compare the tiny tyrant to the Pope.

Somehow I cannot imagine Pope Francis hiring private detectives to stalk a pregnant woman who had never even belonged to his church, or sending text messages to subordinates saying 'you suck (censored) on Hollywood Boulevard'.
