I'm fairly certain it's the other way round, and that the limit is only on films, as well as one per scheduled half hour. I'll look later, but tbh I can't be bothered to get in to an argument, and this being DS it will almost certainly devolve into one...
Breaks during programmes on public service channels may not exceed 3 minutes 50 seconds, of which advertisements may not exceed 3 minutes 30 seconds.

Point being, C5 are not showing more ads than the other two PSB channels.

It's the fourth break in longer episodes of some dramas like Homeland, The Returned, Dallas and Love/Hate that confuses people.

    Hey Guys
Really need your help on something.
We are trying to get a show commissioned on the networks, and need to build out Twitter following ASAP.
The show is called 'Section 40', and is an info-mentary show based on the Paranormal and unexplained.
    Our Twitter account is @S40hub
Would be great if you could follow us on the journey to broadcast.
Our pilot is already in the can..... this Autumn, we approach the networks.
    Wish us luck! ;)

I always liked 100% and the spin off shows of it. Quite a simple show but very good, sadly they ended that ages ago. :(
