Best dramas on TV between 2000 - 2014?

What are they, in your opinion? Some of my picks:

Life On Mars/Ashes To Ashes
Doctor Who revival
Lost
Mad Men
Game of Thrones
Sherlock
Downton Abbey
Battletar Galactica/Caprica
Firefly
Dollhouse
Being Human (UK)
Line of Duty
Luther

I admittedly lean towards sci-fi and fantasy and a bit of crime fiction in terms of my own tastes but I'm interested to see what other people choose when it comes to their opinions of the best dramas produced in the last fourteen years

I usually post this one in threads like this. Underrated and probably passed a lot of people by.

    Red Riding
    See No Evil
    Criminal Justice

I've been trying to think of dramas from this period that have left me fully satisfied and am drawing a complete blank. Something always ends up infuriating me. And Game of Thrones is the most infuriating junk.

I forgot Borgen! And I do like Last Tango in Halifax.

I must watch Red Riding and Bodies and I've heard Shadow Line is good.

I'm pleased that somebody mentioned Criminal Justice, which had some outstanding character acting and was genuinely chilling. I'm sure if it was seen by any teenager with a prison sentence looming over them they'd top themself rather than go through that. Great performance by Con O'Neill.

I liked it so much that I bought the DVD box set. It still makes me shudder.

Series 2 was also good but I preferred series 1.
I actually watched series 1 after seeing series2

That show was amazing. I watched all the episodes in one day, it was that gripping.

I agree with those listing The Walking Dead, too.
