  CCleaner is available for android. I use it on my Nexus 7.

  CCleaner good, you can also use the apps tab in settings to clear caches and app data, and also to disable unwanted bloatware.
  
  For RAM issues, there's a RAM Cleaner which has the legendary little green man.
