What should we do with a rabbit that has been in our garden for a few weeks.

It's obviously a pet not a wild rabbit.

We have contacted a few local vets and no one has reported one missing
We rang the RSPCA and they won't take it. We contacted a rabbit rescue place and their not interested.

Any ideas what to do.

See if theres an animal rescue in the area and contact them?

I'm surprised that the RSPCA wont help it - its their mandate to help lost or injured animals - I'd get onto them and tell them its their responsibility to make sure this animal, which could be a missing pet with a microchip implant, is properly cared for and returned to its owner.
