It's great seeing Keith Chegwin on GMTV occasionally doing the doorstep compos, but it's about time he was given more airtime. My 15-month-old daughter laughs every time he comes on screen. It's good having someone on TV who is genuinly pleased to be there

I agree, Cheggars has been around for years and really he should be doing a decent show instead of that rubbish on GMTV.
You do realise he has been on TV over 35 years now.
35 years:eek: How old is he?
He was 50 in January
He was 50 on 17th January - in other words far too old to be titting about the way he does on GmTV.
I wish he'd have some dignity and retire - I don't want to see him on prime time in anything.
( )
As long as he's not naked again!
Tell you something that not many people know, he was a child actor, he was in "The Tomorrow people" back in the 70's, mind you so did Ex Blue Peter presenter Peter Duncan.
And I bet you looked that up!
I guess it's just nice seeing a chirpy chappy after having to see that tortoise-faced Fiona beforehand. But, I agree, he must keep his little pork soldier to himself. There's really nothing to brag about with that.
50 certainly isn't old, but he does demean himself on GMTV - it all hints at desparation to be on TV still.
No, 50's not old.
That comes from a woman who's 52 on Friday!;)
But he's too old to be acting the prat at 50.
LOL - I did not!
I saw him when I was watching the first episode of Open All Hours on DVD.....actually, that's more embarrassing than looking it up on the IMDB.
