I don't think its as much a case that Harrison and Mark don't get on, but rather it was tough for Mark that he was the main lead of Star Wars, but Harrison went on to have the big career. Harrison himself has said it was a tough break for Mark and hard for Mark to deal with.
Mark and Harrison are very differant characters, so they didn't ever have a lot to do with each other, but that doesn't mean there was animosity or they actually disliked each other.

I don't think they hated each other, they just didnt get on particularly well. And when someone dies, its much easier to remember the things you like about them.

I think she said that they'd been in a TV movie prior to Dirty Dancing and didn't get on in that, so she was apprehensive about DD, but as it turned out, they got on really well the second time around
