I've got three of the handy alcohol based hand-wash dispensers but they dry out my skin. Someone told me that I could mix it with orange squash and it would be safe to drink? :eek:
Is it safe though, I don't want to end up brain damaged or sick after doing this.

No, it isn't Although I was told at work that most hospital wall-mounted sanitisers no longer have the fact that the gel contains alcohol labelled on them, because otherwise they found the dispensers would mysteriously empty extremely quickly...
Drinking the gels can lead to gastric pain, vomiting and a depression of the central nervous system, leading to aspiration, respiratory arrest and death.
