When do you get excited about Christmas?

I'm aware that it's coming now but I don't get really excited until December 1st when that first window on the advent calender is opened

    Uusually once I have got about half way through xmas shopping! Only about 1/4 way through it so not excited yet.
    It doesn't help that Sainsburys where I work doesn't have a music licence so we dont ever have xmas any music. How tight can they be!

    I love christmas! im excited about it already and now i have started my christmas shopping i feel even more excited! :o:D

    i will say the same as someone has already said...right now.

    but i do run a playgroup and i have to start arranging the playgroup xmas party already so if feels so close.:D:D

    The first time I hear "All I Want For Christmas is You" and The Polar Bear Coca-Cola Advert give me a mild tinge of excitement...but generally I don't get really excited til Christmas Eve.

    About 20 years ago was the last time I was excited by Christmas.

    If it wasn't rammed down our throats the second summer is over, I may be a bit less hateful of it.

    Usually at the end of November/beginning of December but I get even more excited when I'm almost finished my exams and I can pack away the books for a couple of weeks and go Christmas shopping and everything :D

    At the moment I am not excited about Xmas but looking forward to getting my gorgeoud Xmas tree out and putting it up along with all my new lights for the windows. Going to look very nice this year and cosy:)
