LG Chocolate KG800 Battery Life

I recently bought my wife one of these and the battery needs charging every day even if she makes or receives no calls. I have checked the obvious and enabled power saving but its still the same.

Does anyone else have any experience of these phones?

Is it faulty? or is the battery life really this bad?

    Mine too! I took it in to the Carphone Warehouse shop and the man said that it was due to the power requirements of the 'touchscreen'

    I am not impressed! My old Motorola V3 used to go for more than a week without charging... and they call this progress?! :cool:

    My daughter had one of these. Exactly the same problem, she changed it for a Samsung D900i, far better battery life.
