Releasing medical/school records of minors is absolutely illegal. A shocking abuse of power if someone did release those records.
A lot of mental illnesses like BPD (which Jolie has also been Internet-diagnosed with) develop due to abuse and unstable living conditions. What a shame her care-givers chose to sell a child with mental health problems out to the media rather than help her access suitable treatment.
It's amazing really that she's managed to go on to build a successful career, be a loving mother, and do so much good for various charities.

She has said very little about why. Nearly everything in the media is unsourced gossip or speculation.
That is not "abuse".

She said it was 'for the health of the family' which was always going to be a magnet for media interest. If she'd kept that quiet, or done what Pitt wanted and sorted it all out between themselves before going public there's a chance the kids wouldn't be under sustained scrutiny from now till whenever they do sort it out. It's not as if they aren't often in different places, one of them plus kids in one country and the other somewhere else, which wouldn't get the media going and kept it under wraps longer.
Sounds like typical Hollywood Babylon BS to me. Like something like that would happen in this day & age and not be uncovered! At the v least an actor would face blacklisting as rumours swept Hollywood. I smell BS

Yeah, they are. Cannot empathise or 'get' human emotions properly, a lack of fear of consequences, no fear of shaming etc. I wouldn't say she strikes me as someone with that issue at all, quite the opposite, (Donald Trump on the other hand...) She's always seemed quite an intense & emotional person to me and did the sort of dark 'rock n roll I'm-so-f*cked-up' type lifestyle when younger (all the knives etc). That sort of thing doesn''t tend to come out of psychopathy, unhappiness, yes. Which is presumably partly why she does a lot of the humanitarian stuff she does these days.

If you took a step back and looked at this situation when the news first broke it was obvious there wasn't going to be some big scandalous fight over the kids etc. It's easy for people to get swept up with the gossip from the tabloids but it actually just seems like she's doing what's best for her and the kids.

Reading comments on both those situations have made me realise why women are still not equally represented with men in governments and boardrooms its because they tear each other down and the standards are set so such higher than those for poor men.

Agree on all accounts. Jolie is an accomplished woman in her own right and wasn't after money but she's still subjected to the same character assassination. It's a shame and can't see things ever changing in that regard.
