    I have really enjoyed series 7, I do feel that we still have a lot more to see from Doctor Who!

    Friends. It was the lack of proper scientific principal applied to that show ultimately turned me off it. After all, if Darwinian Theory is to be accepted and believed then, surely - with Ross being quite by far the largest of the Friends, by the end of season one he'd have eaten the others.

    Alas. Another opportunity to both educate and inform. Ruined.

    It is dumbed down tripe for a modern audience.

    I wish they would bring back more science into the programme.

    I no longer bother to buy the box sets as the quality is not present.

    If you thought Doctor Who was ever in any way scientific, you don't know very much about science.
    Doctor Who has always been as scientific as astrology. For example "reduce the polarity of the neutron flow" couldn't make less sense. If you want a return to rubbish scientific jargon, well in Hide the Doctor said "Quantum Foam" which is for once an actual scientific concept.
