If nothing else I hope this video convinces more cyclists to wear helmets. The number I've seen riding around without one on.

I was thinking that, reminded me of James Cracknell, who's injuries were relatively limited due to the brunt being taken by his helmet.

Did they really just follow a piece about brain injuries with an Eastenders sketch about someone hallucinating after a bang on the head?

That was rather morbid and depressing.

I have never felt inclined to do drugs or smoke 'Crack Cocaine' - But seriously, somebody pass me a pipe & a rock....NOW!

Seriously BBC, just increase the TVL £50 next year & ditch Children In Need & Sport Relief.
It is trash like this that makes me less inclined to ever donate to charity!

The only charities I support are local, not 'corporate run' national charities that extract some of the donations for 'administration costs'

I watched some of this earlier: was a bunch of fey kids singing and dancing. Some BBC employees may enjoy watching that but I don't.

Just makes you sad knowing that these characters can't come back and it was the last time we saw them. :(
