In the trailer she said "I thought we agreed no one must find out what I did" to les. What do we think that is?
I think she have accidentally killed their son or helped him die as les did say to billy they don't talk about the death of their son a lot. One of these could coincide with the introduction of Paul Coker.

That was Les' secret as when they became regulars it was said they don't really know each other as well as they think. Pam I don't think wi know about the fake death cases Les does.
I cant imagine Pam betraying Dot. She seems to hold her I high regard
Charlie arranged it with Les prior to his arrival. Pam doesn't know. But charlie, les and carol all know nick wasn't in the coffin and fat boy is suspicious.
I said earlier that if it followed those BC lines that some secret from their past would come out.
That seems such a long time ago. Some of these story lines go back too far and viewers like me (old!) can't place/remember much about it.

Charlie is acting on Nicks instructions. Les was an old customer of Pats so we can presume he has lived in Walford a long time. I dont think it implausible that Nicks knows Les or at least knows him by reputation.
Should guest star carol whatever her name is (maybe new actress) or maybe have Sharon mention her biological mum to remind viewers she's been in the show before :P

I don't think so but i have remarked over the years this needs to be followed up. There was a rumor Mandy salter was meant to be her mum but this was unclear on whether that was the case and they changed the story or purely for fan speculation.
I hope it's this, and not something else!
That or she is Michelle Fowler in disguise...
