This is a good point. In fact the people I have heard of who lived to very old ages seemed to emphasise olive oil in their diet - not wine. Some even drinking the stuff.
Four cans of my favourite lager costs £4.99, so that amount would cost me up to about £90 a week!! :eek:

I like a drink myself once a fortnight( used to drink more when i was younger) in the pub but don't drink much 5-6 pints of real ale ( no spirits) never seen my workmate with a hangover!

Not too difficult if one is single on a decent salary, or doesn't smoke or run a car.
