This heat started off so close between everybody, but about a quarter of the way into the vote, Zak started to fall behind and I knew at that point he'd be leaving the competition. Vanessa did extremely well (in my opinion) and stayed with the pack until half way through; I thought she'd drop off much earlier than she did. Chas is a shock, and she only hit the bottom three in the last ten votes! It's the closest round we've had so far, and it's also the most votes we've had so far, so THANK YOU to everyone who made the effort to vote - it's much appreciated
The rest of the vote will be revealed on the final thread with a bit of a summary of how the votes went in this heat. As annoying as it is not knowing (sorry!), I think it brings a bit more excitement and tension to the competition and makes it less predictable as we head into the final
We now know half of the final 12. They are, in no particular order, of course ;-):
Charity Sharma, Nicola King, Debbie Dingle, Alicia Metcalfe, Jimmy King and Cain Dingle. Who will join them? It's time to find out!
