One I can think of is Cape Fear where Nick Nolte wakes up one night and sees Max Cady (Robert De Niro) sitting on his front lawn wall watching a massive firework display.
A scene in one of the Naked Gun movies where the would-be nurderous doctor that Drebin is chasing crashes into a fireworks factory, causing all the fireworks to explode. As the factory workers run for their lives and a spectacular display ensues, Drebin urges members of the public to, 'Move along now. Nothing to see here.'
It does have a shot of fireworks. Good film, though. Hang on, isn't there a shot of then-U.S. president Richard Nixon as an effigy on fire? I don't have a copy. Can anyone else confirm that shot?
Edit:
I'm still struggling to remember the titles of two films that feature similar scenes of people running around in a firework factory with fireworks going crazy. One is an American film and the other is a HK Chinese film.

I have not seen that.
I suppose you could add films where a character has been burnt at the stake.
Lancelot and Guinevere
Frankenstein (technically, it wasn't a stake, but it felt like it)
Any Joan of Arc film
Fireworks:
pretty much any American film that features 4th July.
So, 'Born on The Fourth of July'?
Probably because it happened during the reign of James 1st,some years after Henry the 8th died.....

In Galaxy Quest the spaceship was also guided home by use of fireworks.
And, of course, at the end of Return Of the Jedi there are a few celebratory fireworks.
