In emmerdale Ross said to James (bill ward) 'wheres the rest of the village people' and on coronation street in 2004 gail made a similar comment to Charlie stubbs (bill ward). Was this a coincidence or a jokey dig at coronation street?

    I don't think it was a dig but more of a wink to the audience
