Facebook Notifications down?

Hey guys,
Please can you help me at all? When I post a status on Facebook & my friends "Like" it, It comes up in my notifications bar, But then it suddenly disappears & then to me (On my page) it looks as if they haven't when they have & they have said they haven't even "Unliked" it.
I have tried to use different browsers & its still the same issue, Is there a way to refresh my Facebook at all?
Any help would be appreciated
