EPG loses data

Guys,
My Thomson DTI6300-160 keeps erasing the EPG.
The GUIDE can be blank and takes a power cycle to restore.
Using the INFO button brings up a blank box with two blank lines. It takes a couple of minutes to repopulate.
Now on version 7.01 but was present on 6.54
Any ideas gratefully received...
