  Vegan stuffed peppers. Filling is made from vegan mince, sun dried tomatoes, chilli, garlic, onions, chopped pine nuts, shiitake mushrooms, pepper, mixed herbs and passata.

  lunch time i had rest of the veg i did other day with home made pasty
  
  and tea/supper i had rest of chicken soup i made with hot buttered toast
  
  Both nice enjoyable comfort food
