Restrictions on bags.
I understand the rule about one soft sided bag being allowed but wondered if the one bag rule includes small purse/handbags worn on a strap over the shoulder. I am staying in a hotel overnight with nowhere to leave my rucksack whilst in the OP but would prefer to have my cash/cards and phone in a very small bag (about 6 inches square) over my shoulder.
Has anyone any experience of whether this would be allowed? Ta in advance. |

There people walking around with decent sized rucksacks (and I don't mean the drink sellers!!) in the Olympic Park, which surprised me.

I can also confirm this will be OK. I took a rucksack and also had a smalll bag, enough to carry my purse/phone etc.

Thanks for the replies. Logic said it would be OK but never hurts to get another opinion

Depends what events you are going to as well. I had l loads of space in front of me/under seat in Hockeybut was very scrunched up with my 25ltr rucksack for basketball.
