Just noticed that this mornings programme has been extended to end at 11:35am.

Anyone know why there is an extra 25 minutes?

It was a really gay love- in last week - pervy talk about schoolboys and taking their clothes off. Matt being angry about the Mail covering the seedy and shady past of Jeremy Thorpe, etc.

Maybe Matt is on the verge of coming out.

Hes at it again today with a lady giving an opposing view on foodbanks. You could see he didd't like it and finished the call with his usual sneering sarcasm. This should be called the 'phone in if you agree with me, otherwise sod off show'

Channel 5 are showing Christmas films immediately after The Wright Stuff for the rest of this week, so the extension to TWS might simply be to fill the gaps in the schedule.

Matthew is probably being made to make up for all his sick leave. :D

It was perfectly reasonable for the woman to agree with giving a living wage but believe people don't know how to managed their money.

Many, many people agree with her. In fact a ninety year old man on with Nicky Campbell said similar but was much more scathing.

He was treated with total respect.

Re: The usual diatribe against UKIP, obviously having millions more people in the country will cause the roads to be more congestive.

Just as the next few mllion immigrants will.

The extra time seems to have turned it into a guest interview show. I know they are on to talk about and promote things, but they go on for too long..

Wright seems to be spoiling for a row with every caller and is no longer light hearted or simply offering the counter point of view. The thing is he knows it but can't help himself any more. Not enjoyable viewing.

Who should be the guest today? I only switched on at 10am for the papers.

And Matthew's beard attempt is making him look scruffy.

Some idiot has just started singing and I had to mute it. Why do people consider that awful yodelling as 'singing'?

I take it you do know why he is growing a beard? Who cares if it makes him look scruffy.

The Greek advocate of mass unfettered immigration had (the usual) dig at the Mail for reporting the story of paper bills charged at £1.90 a time. And then proceeded to agree it was a valid story.

    What a prat!
