How to stop receiving emails from Apple Support communities?

Bit of a weird one, I posted months ago on an Apple support forum as I was having problems with my Apple ID. Somewhere I had in my preferences to receive emails when there was replies in the thread.
Months later I get almost daily emails once someone adds a reply to the thread. I have changed my notification preferences ages ago so as not to receive any emails but they still come through.
Any way of fixing this bar blocking the Apple address?
