My OH can't log into his xbox live account and he's getting really annoyed. I can log into mine ok (although I only use to watch Netflix)
A friend told him xbox have been hacked...?? Don't know if this is true?
When he selects his profile it comes up it asks him to confirm email address and password. But once he puts this in (correct info - he uses several times a day) it comes up with an error code.
Can anyone help?

That works when they ask you to confine your email constantly
He's tried this several times. Each time the message comes up again and the cycle repeats.
They sorted my issue out with Live

Monday to Friday – 9am to 10pm
Saturday – 9am to 8pm
