Maybe I'm not old enough, or maybe too old, but when I'm out in town at the weekend I do laugh at anyone who wears one :o yeah they probably get more action than me, but seriously ... a cardigan ? Will add that to the list of things I'll never understand, like women, car engines and vernon kay :p

They're all the rage, apparently!

According to this article, men's cardigans are "flying off the shelves" at stores such as Asda, with 226,000 bought in January alone.

The linked article includes a picture of David Beckham wearing one, and what a prize prat he looks in it too!

"Nearly three-quarters of women found men in cardigans sexy with 87 per cent saying that the garment denotes a man who is comfortable and confident with his sexuality.

More than half regarded men who wear cardigans as reliable, husband material, with 76 per cent saying they exuded an 'air of intelligence'."

    I always imagine you wearing a cardigan, 2-Pot :p I'm being serious ... :o

My ICT teacher sometimes wears a cardigan, I think he looks quite nice. I would, though (no, no, no, not would, I mean, I would think he looks quite nice), because he's like an overgrown emo-type. :o:D

Screw fashion. Cardigans are ugly :p

Fashion comes and goes in cycles.

Cardigans will be the height of style soon and nobody will be seen dead outside without one - it is the law :D

I stopped caring about what is fashionable when I was about 18.

Don't care what they look like, but I never buy them for either myself or b/f because I always make a mess washing them and they go out of shape. :o

I'm not a fan of the gentleman's cardigan but I think it's because they're often paired with skinny jeans. I am most definitely not a fan of men in skinny jeans!

    I haven't got a cardy.........

I used to have a great one in the 70s..........it was really thick material, blue and white stripes, very short, came to top of jeans and had a huge collar..............and had toggles instead of buttons

    I must have looked the bee's knees.............

Of course, the perfect match for a cardi is a nice pair of carpet slippers.... :)

    Nope - but I don't need a cardy to look like a throw-back to 1981!
