  Unfortunately I'm not sure you can, I think the bluetooth on the Touch is for headphones etc, not for file transfer.
  
  Someone correct me if I'm wrong - or if there's a hack!

  Bluetooth on a Touch would only be for audio, multiplayer gaming and I think external keyboards.
