Agree about the dog , but the advert doesn't make sense.
The bloke in the rabbit outfit gets his money stolen , but fortunately for him still has his mobile so he can call up the help desk. What would he do if he had had his mobile nicked. Do Nat West accept reverse charge calls from phone boxes ( I suspect the answer is no). Even if he had a mate with a mobile how would he know the number to call , and why does he take what looks like at least £500 from the machine when he just needs a cab fare home ?
