Goodness knows how you can use a police helicopter for your own use but it is alleged a police officer decided to hover over dogging areas and film people to watch later in his own time.
Questions:
How can a great noisy helicopter hover over people without them knowing surely they must have known?
What were the other police in the helicopter doing while he was recording the images?
He used thermal imaging how on earth can you get excited about images on thermal imaging?
How has it take 5 years to find this out?

Surely you wouldn't tell you wife lol and there is no video evidence of it that has been found.
Be interesting to see if he gets convicted if no evidence can be found.
Perhaps he and his ex watched the footage together, to help with their sexytime?:D

Police imaging systems do not require a heli to be just above the trees, they can be so far up or away from that area, that you cant see or hear them.
Or, it could be Blue Thunder in stealth mode!!
First it was Hillsborough and now this and many other things in between. They are all clearly corrupt, bent, incompetent, foolish, lying, no good toerag coppers.

Abuse of the trust his bosses had in him for sure. I can't see the doggers as victims here though. I think they'd be thrilled to know what a hit their carryings on were.
