We have a Maryland chicken in our town, but it's still pretty crap. The best fried chicken that I've tasted actually comes from an independent fish and chip shop.
What's so special/important about things like the X-factor?
British television had talent shows for years but no big deal was made about them until Simon Cowell came along and now a back stage bust up or argument between judges is made out to be historically important and major news of national importance according to the newspapers..
I don't think anything is particularly special or important about X Factor, the purpose in mentioning it was that I know they get high ratings so to have an advert of that length in the break is likely to be very costly.
Our town used to have one back in the 70's/early 80's.
All the bikers used to congregate outside like a scene from Mad Max.
KFC are few and far between in Scotland.
I like their boneless stuff.
Interesting given that southern fried chicken originated from Scots settlers in America.

I don't care where it comes from as long as it tastes great.
How interesting!
