It makes you wonder what Katona will do after this though
She can't go any lower, that's for sure. Advocating loan sharks is about as close to rock bottom as anyone can hit when it comes to the lack of dignity they have.

Oh I have no doubt Katona could stoop MUCH lower if she could and if someone waved a cheque in her face and promised her a centrespread in OK Magazine. If a guerilla organisation advocating beating up old people asked her to front a campaign for £40k and a bag of chips she'd chomp at the bit to sign up. Anything to keep her big fat gurning mug in the papers - she relishes the attention despite what she might claim.
She's so thick, the loan company probably told her that what she was doing was really ethical and helping the poor; she would blithely have believed it and probably had a celebratory Diamond White when she got home. 'ey, Steve/John/Briiian/Mark/Dave/Ed/Jez, whateva yer name is, I've been offered £250,000 to advertise this brilliant loan company that charges 600% interest; it's dead good and it's 'elping people wot can't afford stuff to buy more stuff, i reckon i could get an OBE this year' etc.
Still, as long as she can afford to keep renting a £3,000 a month house despite being bankrupt then who are we to judge:rolleyes:
She's dumber than dirt and just as desperate. It's actually pitiful.
A really cheap, low thing to do considering the ads are praying on people already struggling, shes been there you'd think she would not want to be affiliated with the company but guess the cheque was a big fat one!
Even when she was bankrupt she still had money had her car then moved to another big house, she still went on holidays and I doubt her kids starved.
I will never understand how people pay her, how she has a career and is deemed a celeb.
OK and all these magazines funding her lifestyle..why?! how can anyone be interested in her?
I actually got a loan out from provident during the summer as I needed a washing machine, you borrow 300 but payback 390 euro so it's not that bad, but then I stupidly got another loan out at christmas and now have to payback another 390.
I'm so annoyed with myself but I want to pay it back as quick as I can it's too easy to get these loans and then your fecked paying them back. I know one girl who pays her whole child benefit to Provident a month, every penny of it and we get paid monthly, the man literally waits for her outside the post office.

I'm guessing it's the same people who will be flocking into these loan shark shops for some money... to spend on the very mags that seem to 'idolise' Kerry Katona and everything she does. Which in turn funds Katona's sordid life and the whole process starts again. Sad really, very sad
What happened in society to make a bankrupt chav some kind of aspiring role model??
Oh I have no doubt Katona could stoop MUCH lower if she could and if someone waved a cheque in her face and promised her a centrespread in OK Magazine.
I thought her front page OK mag spread detailing her horrific encounter with Jimmy Saville was a pretty low point - maybe this is the bottom.
These payday loans seem to be very tempting for people who haven't got much and are desperate for quite a bit of money. Loan companies that hide their 'how much you have to pay back' details before you complete the deal are vile!
Kerry Katona, is there anything she won't do for money?
She has learnt her lesson on useing drugs ! (we hope so) and as long as she keeps away from them . she has a great future. in pop music and chat shows. and watch out for her being a host in a show on itv in the near future.
But this is her last chance saloon ! one more mistake and she is out for ever..

I note this was posted pretty late at night... were you perchance drinking and posting? Don't worry, we've all been there and won't hold it against you!
Bloody hell, ive just seen the daytime tv advert that she's doing.
Have you seen the APR???
She says you can borrow up to £300 but i wonder if you become a 'good' borrower/customer they extend that over time?
I doubt it as these are short term 'payday' loans, the repayment period isn't longer than 28 days.
Wonga APR
Our service has a Representative APR of 4214%, but bear in mind that APR is a measure of annual interest and assumes theoretical compounding. http://www.wonga.com/money/how-to-wonga/
:eek::eek::eek:
CashLady APR
Representative Loan Example: Borrow £180 for 28 days
Total amount payable - £232.20
Interest rate per annum : 378% (variable)
Interest payable - £52.20 http://www.cashlady.co.uk/how.aspx
what madness and terrible P.R listen to this bankrupt lady advise you on finances (still Carol Vorderman was worse with Ocean Finance as she's meant to be good with sums & money)
haha, good one. I actually laughed at that out loud.
She is one of "those" types of famous people. The ones who have no talent and people end up hating because of it. Add in that she is a train wreck of a life and she is a wonderful hate figure.
Its odd how you get these "famous" people doing ads, as recently ads have been shown to have less impact and in some cases can work against the company using them (I will never buy from safe style, that GOD DAMN ADVERT!)
The slogan of "fast money for fast living" or words to that effect is appalling. The irony of the formerly bankrupt Katona as the face of the company is too much. Nothing about it says spend and borrow responsibly. The saddest part is there are some genuinely hard up people out there who see this sort of company as the solution to their problems, neglecting to read the small print.
What a thoroughly nasty, greedy and rotten creature she is. This article does her no favours at all.
Yes Kerry, we know where you turn when you're skint & it has two letters.... Although is there any aspect of your sorry life you haven't sold?

If you want to end up like KK, then get a payday loan
It should put people off imediately
Yep.....
I thought her front page OK mag spread detailing her horrific encounter with Jimmy Saville was a pretty low point - maybe this is the bottom.
TV commercials for loan sharks charging repayment rates numbering in the thousands.
High street establishments where people can trade their gold for cash. It's like that scene in "The Crow"
And Kerry Katona encouraging desperate and stupid people to borrow huge sums of money that they cannot possibly pay back
We went from ruling a global empire, to this.
no mention of paying back the loan of course and the interest charged, that does not figure in kerrys brain. Its easy come easy go with her.
don't be draft, kerry doesn't have fans.:D

There is always a better and cheaper option. And if there isn't, borrowing more is not the answer.
