Leftovers from yesterdays one-pot meal adapted for the slow cooker; chicken thighs, asparagus, lemon, rosemary, and garlic. It was really nice, so will make again.

Exactly 6 wedges for me, a tablespoon of marrow fat peas, a dribble of curry sauce but lots of microwaved mushrooms with two grilled quorn sausages. It's my let my hair down treat on a Friday!:D - :rolleyes:
Went to the Ideal Home Show today and picked up some gorgeous Rosemary bread and garlic olive oil so will be having that with some different cheeses, antipasti and dips.
Griddled ribeye, fried shiitake mushrooms, boiled baby new potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli, all dressed with olive oil and butter. Had some cherries afterwards.

Ended up having a couple of sausages with bulgar wheat and ratatouille last night.
