But it does seem as though a lot of their plans have changed. When JP first came back, it did seem as though they were at least trying to re-establish him in big ways and involve him in storylines, but then they haven't even bothered to leave him as any kind of loose thread or background presence and for awhile. It's like they stopped caring
I want to believe they've noticed the feedback and that his upcoming stuff will be pulled back in dominance.
It does feel strange. Even if they were waiting for big characters to leave before they gave JP a bigger role it's weird that he has barely has a role at all.
It's like we see even less of him now if anything!
Like Clare, maybe they realized he isn't working. He's no replacement at all for the characters they've lost or even of great enough interest and popularity compared to who they have left.
But they brought him back as a regular, so they've got to play it out.

He isn't in the pics, and he isn't mentioned in any of the drama, when everyone else is accounted for.
He's been in set twitpics with PJ and the Jess', and I think I do remember seeing he'd filmed with Jay Omole.
Maybe he just never leaves the place.
