Is it just me having problems getting into My3 on their website? I am also getting a privacy error too. I have cleared cookies and cache which didn't help.

Logged in literally 5 minutes ago just fine.

    Try it in incognito mode.

Just tried that and still get this: http://gyazo.com/0afdf41abae78032585f649c22c882d8 :(

EDIT: IE does the same thing. http://gyazo.com/eb452da3b8a9a4960d28507790757f55

What URL are you going to as the SSL certificate isn't valid for the domain or subdomain you're visiting.

    Try https://www.three.co.uk/New_My3/My3_Home

They use entrust as the SSL certificate provider, they are huge and their cert is all valid, so it is definitely your machine, or your configuration if there's an issue.

The most likely thing is you're simply visiting an invalid subdomain, other options are entrust isn't in your root CA store (unlikely) your machine date could be wrong, or something could be proxying or hijacking your connection (unlikely but possible).

If you want to tell us the exact URL you're using and what the certificate error is if you click the more information option, or click past the SSL certificate warning and post details of the SSL cert from the padlock area in the browser, but don't login.

Haven't had this problem until today.
Getting exactly the same problem you reported (for IE).
Have always been using the Goto My3 button on 3connect - and this has now stopped working.
However, it seems to be a bit hit-and-miss. Sometimes I can get through and sometimes I can't. I also noticed that a URL "test.three.co.uk" seemed to appear on those occasions when it doesn't work. Are Three messing about with the website?
Hope they sort themselves out soon as I need to buy more time - and I'm not going to do that with a dodgy certificate in place.

    Further to my previous post.
I tried accessing the My3 site using Chrome and got the following result.
    SSL Error
This is probably not the site you are looking for!
You attempted to reach test.three.co.uk, but instead you actually reached a server identifying itself as www.three.co.uk.
This may be caused by a misconfiguration on the server or by something more serious.
An attacker on your network could be trying to get you to visit a fake (and potentially harmful) version of test.three.co.uk.
You should not proceed, especially if you have never seen this warning before for this site.
I didn't type in test.three.co.uk and wasn't looking for it.
Furthermore, out of curiosity I tried the login page and it wouldn't give me a prompt for the login or password in ordinary or incogneto mode.

I tried 5 minutes ago and Firefox still considers it an untrusted connection.

When I try to go to My Three, I also get the message about test.three ,I guess they are trying something on the website and it has gone wrong (crosses fingers and hopes its not going the way of EE's website) !

I usually use an ancient laptop and IE8 to access these sites and have found a workaround that appears to work most times.

From the 3connect dashboard program click Goto My3, get the security error. Leave the tab/window open.Click Goto My3 again on the dashboard and a second tab opens and seems to connect properly (on occasions I've had to try this a third time). Checking the certificate on the properly connected page - it does seem as though a secure connection has been made. Don't know if this works for other browsers or other devices.

Update: Just tried this in Chrome (portable) and it worked.

    Well discovered!:)

Works in Firefox too. Although two new tabs open.

About an hour ago I emailed 3 about the problem. No idea whether they read their emails over a Bank Holiday or indeed, at all.

At least I know how many Mb I have left.

I managed to get in but whenever i try to see my call / text / data logs it just shows this: http://gyazo.com/a686286dc21cf051cc4d07ac9c793e01

It took several attempts to get in without the "Untrusted source" problem, which i am also still getting occasionally.

    How did you email 3?
I tried from their website and got a "We have a problem and know about it" * error from the webpage. Therefore I'm not sure they even got the message.

    * - actually seems to be a very similar error to thebennyboy's last photo upload.

Still not able to get into My3 , however previously I could browse other parts of the Three site. But I'm now getting the "We have a problem...." error as well. I imagine with it being a bank holiday that it will take some time to sort.

I did some investigation with friends and it seems to depend on who your ISP is. Bizarrely the error also happens if using 3 to connect (by phone or mifi)

I guess this means that a DNS error has propagated ?

Well, I guess this one is just useless site you are trying to access onto ! It's just a trick created to make the innocent users fall onto the hunter hands ! To the members posting here there is no need to tap over any of the links put over this thread I am going to report this thread as a scam I am sure mods is going to take this post down.

Oh really? three.co.uk is a valid site for a valid service provider. If anyone looks at the three.co.uk certificate when it works it is valid and issued by a valid certificate provider. This thread is not a scam, and even if you do report it I'm sure the mods have more sense.

I went to http://www.three.co.uk/ (i.e. not using my dashboard) and scrolled to the bottom of the home page and clicked on http://www.three.co.uk/Contact_us then clicked on http://www.three.co.ukContact_usMobile_Broadband_Pay_Monthly?intid=contactpaymmbb
    then clicked on https://www.three.co.uk/Contact_us/Email_us

filled out the guff, set the topic as "other", wrote what happened when I tried to access my3, quoted the Firefox untrusted connection warning and hit "submit".

Yep. Tried very similar and got the error I mentioned. Did you get any sort of confirmation that the email was sent? (ie. The webpage said that the mail was sent or you got an autoreply?)

Further to my post #18. I have done a search and the URL's for three listed in this topic (and the ip addresses in the dns I'm using) both match registered ones for the company - specifically www. and test.

No, no confirmation of any kind.

I have just rung 3's helpline and waded through the options until I spoke to a human being. I explained the problem. He said they were aware of it and that their technicians were fixing it. Let's hope they do.

No sign of any improvement at present. Hope they sort this out soon as I could do with buying some more data allowance.

Might be OK now. Still can't get a prompt for a password on the pages that require a login though.

well, are you trying to access the webpage using the stock browser ?? If yes then try opening the site using the Chrome or some other browser other than stock you will not see the error. :) I was experiencing the same a while ago but when I tried opening the same site by using some other browser the problem didn't seem to be appearing again. So, I am going to suggest you the same ! :)

Update: Appears as though Security Certificate is sorted. Password box now appears on pages that require login.

Problem appears to be sorted - for now. (Insert missing smiley for "fingers crossed" :D)
