Jessie's Bridge House Cabaret was stunning. Six stars if that existed. :):) She was back with her top accompanyist Joe Thompson. She started with Cabaret sung to new lyrics for the occasion and mimicking Rachel Tucker , who runs the programme there. We had some Jessie classics, and some new numbers with massive power and emotion.. She's got some great new additions and interpretations, and jazzed many songs up brilliantly. We also had a moving IDA duet of Where is Love from Jessie and Rachel. https://twitter.com/BdgHseTheatre Sept 22 comments give an idea and Rachel sums it up https://twitter.com/racheltucker1 22/9. Rachel had her camera out but I don't think she recorded whole songs.
.................
That was a priviledge to be at. However, Jessie isn't returning to a singing role just yet.........There's news of whats next.
The cast CV for Henry V http://michaelgrandagecompany.com/whats-on/#henry-v_page2 (under her name) is interesting as it tells us Jessie has just worked on The Boy With the Cuckoo Clock Heart, post Tempest - this is a French animated film which she talks about in one interview. It also has her in Endeavour on ITV. Not sure if this was one I missed, or she is in the coming new series. That would have her back working with Roger Allam, her Prospero.
Readers will note that Eliza is one of the biggest cockney roles around..........:):):D:)
We have Jessie as Eliza. Doolittle http://www.zimbio.com/pictures/6VlupTBLLpH/Queen+Elizabeth+II+Hosts+Reception/CVEPBo7PhpG
........................
If you read Jessie's CV on the Venice Preserved Site, it also tells us that Jessie will be/has been in Foyles War. Possibly this is the series being filmed now for transmission in 2015. Endeavour starts soon on ITV, and she seems to be in that somewhere too - unless I missed her in a previous series.
........................
Jessie has been singing at least once too, with Joe Thompson, according to his twitter - possibly at his club??
I said Jessie could turn up anywhere...just found something else she is doing - a bit late, but somone near enough to Manchester may like to go. And she is singing in this one........
She's playing the leading role of Anne in a concert version of Weill's musical The Seven Deadly Sins on April 10 At the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester.
She's with the Halle orchestra conducted by Sir Mark Elder. There's a brief description of the work in the link. http://www.halle.co.uk/concerts-tickets.aspx?day=10&month=4&year=2014
The write up for the Halle concert says that she's recently been on stage in Henry V with Jude Law. Obviously getting the recognition she needs. Should have said the recognition she deserves.
The Tempest with Jessie Buckley as Miranda and Roger Allam as Prospero at the Globe last year was filmed. Its now coming to a cinema near you and is on screen with multiple chains includng the Vue. http://onscreen.shakespearesglobe.com/#/thetempest. The Globe has a list of venues in a bit of a random order There's also a map .http://onscreen.shakespearesglobe.com/#/findvenue . It starts showing may 28, but many venues are showing it June 30 .
Highly recommended . Very funny. And interesting to see what a filmed version looks like .The video will presumably follow the screenings.
For those with Jessie singing withdrawal symptoms , I can only offer a few seconds of Jessie singing, and playing a harp on this new youtube from Join My Band......... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcFbB_o-xf4 :)
...........................
Amadeus has ended in Chichester. No word yet of any transfer. After being kissed by Jude Law in Henry V, in this one she got groped by Rupert Everett..... Jessie was very good at both the comedy and the more dramatic scenes. Readers may note that Constanze spoke with a cockney accent :) - though that was reportedly toned down a bit by the time I saw it.
'The surprise of the evening is elsewhere. Jessie Buckley makes something touching and unsentimental out of the little greedy-guts who is Constanze, Mozart's wife. Buckley used to be best known for coming second in the BBC's I'd Do Anything. Now she must be recognised as an actor to be reckoned with'.

Seems the Observer reviews don't show on the Guardian site - that is a really good one. :):) I can raise you the Stage http://www.thestage.co.uk/reviews/review.php/40064/amadeus-img "Jessie Buckley continues her ascendancy in a spirited performance as Mozart’s precious playmate, Constanze":):):)

And the good news is that the Globe have brought out a video of Gabriel with Jessie in it from 2013. For some reason, it doesn't seem to be in DVD form. But it is downloadable . You get to hear Jessie sing as both Kate and Arabella, The first big Jessie scene is at 32-40 - after the gent wearing a trumpet) and the second, comedy one, starts at 1hr -41- in. Well worth 7-99, I thought. In the first one she brings out her soprano, and they seem to have got her to sing some of it over again, to get rid of the helicopters and 747s overhead, so its very clear. The second one really shows off her acting, and comedy talents .....its a bit rude - but a gem. https://globeplayer.tv/videos/gabriel
Jessie is confirmed as in the BBC's war and Peace, coming 2015. She's playing another princess - Princess Marya Bolkonskaya. If you look her up on wiki , though you will know what happens............http://www.spotlight.com/interactive/cv/cv.asp?ref=F132816&pub=1
She's also confirmed as being in Pulsar
She's also been workshopping The Beaux Stratagem, for the National Theatre. this is a 1707 comedy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Beaux%27_Stratagem. It seems to be part of the NT programme for this year, so something to keep an eye on. .

She's in the alphabetical all interviews section - between James Earl Jones, and John Hurt ;-) - its 49 minutes with Jessie.
This is part of the Kenneth Branagh season - and Jessie gets to play alongside him , and ....Judi Dench . :):);-);-);-)With Miranda Raison too.
And as they seem to be doing what the Globe does, and put on two plays at once using most of the same class, she's also leading with them in Harlequinade - http://www.branaghtheatre.com/harlequinade/index.php by Terrance Rattigan. There's she's playing Muriel Palmer alongside Branagh.
The bad news is that the Winter Tale is pretty much sold out, and was before they announced the rest of the cast. i think there's a day ticket scheme tho. Harlequinade has some seats left.
Thank you for your efforts in providing information on what Jessie is doing over a long time. It seems to be about the only place to find anything out - she never was good at publicity! We thought you might like to know it is appreciated.

Thanks. You don't seem to be alone - she and Niamh are the ones who can get 1000 + hits Jessie doesn't seem to do social media , or at least those I look at .
Well worth a look. The sound is much better than at the Garrick itself , and there's a lot more acting visible in the video closeups. Jessie sings a bit, acts a lot - when she arrives in act 2 , and the great relevation is - she can now dance really well - positively balletic .:):):)
Highlights included Cabaret with her own lyrics - including “I started out as once a Nancy, When I go I’m going as Jessie”.
There was also Summertime, Where is Love , solo this time, and she ended with an enormous encore of The Man That Got Away sitting next to Joe Thompson on his stool.
There’s quantity as well as quality too - two hours is also longer than most people do .
Lots of suggestions to the management that they get her back, so fingers crossed.
The Winters Tale itself is back in Cinemas Dec 24 and mid-afternoon on Sunday Jan3.
There’s also a mention from the guy who did the review who stayed on post show while I went for a train that she’s doing a film next year. Not clear if that’s something new, or something she has done coming out – something to look out for.

And War and Peace starts Sunday Jan 3 on BBC1 9PM for a six show run.
