Tv problem

Hi

I have turned on my tv Sony Bravia flat screen hd

and the screen is green I can hear the tv but no picture

We receive the signal via sky

I have wiggled all the leads etc

Checked its on the right channel now I'm stuck

Any ideas

    How does your Sky connect to the TV? SCART or HDMI? If you have 2x SCART or HDMI connections, try using the other one, and see if it is the same problem. Or, try using a different cable to connect the TV to the Sky box. Can you try the Sky box on a different TV?

    If you are using a hdmi cable try connecting via scart cable. A green screen is normally as a result of failure of the TV ans STB to make a HDCP handshake. Switching the TV to a different inout and back to the hdmi port forces a hdcp renogotiation and may restore your pictures.
