Richard's one is very good, he's got a gift for perspective.

I've managed to get to see nearly all the episodes and enjoyed them all, BUT having Una Stubbs to present it has really spoiled it for me. She has a most patronizing voice, is condescending to the extreme, asks the most ridiculous questions and has absolutely no dress sense whatsoever. Perhaps she's pinched Aunt Sally 's clothes!

Yeah his is the best one, no doubt the judges won't like it lol.

Claire's painting though.... =/ might have to take back what I said about wanting her to win lol.

3 hours to paint a white rectangle?? what a waste of a final placement.

Claire's funny. I like her idea behind her painting - not sure whether it's good or not.

So far, this is confirming the view I've had since virtually the start - the 2 men in the final are far and away the best painters in the competition.

Now the judges are going to say nice things about the garbage produced by the other two ... :D

I think Daffers has held back, I don't get Claire's canvas at all.

How is spending 3 hours painting a white square a bold decision?! Is Claire trying not to win?

I think Daffers has held back, I don't get Claire's canvas at all.

I feel that she knew she did not have it in her to paint from those pictures so she took the easy way out and called it ''abstract'.

What was she intending to illustrate?

This is a really difficult challenge ... The marchers. Wouldn't like to attempt that.

I understood her explanation and get what she was trying to do, but was a bit of a let down, hope her next one is better as I do like her.

Amy says she like when the soldiers stab someone in the face, then the camera cuts to Daphne. :D

Think Paul wins this round - between the boys I think, can't see either girl winning now

A conflict between two squares -- that's how I understood her describing it.

I've not seen this programme until today, so can't comment on the artists previous efforts, but the thing I really must comment on is the choice of Una Stubbs as a presenter. I honestly thought I was looking at Julie Walter's Mrs Overall character from Acorn Antiques. Don't get me wrong, I think she's a great actor, I like her character in Sherlock, but for God's sake someone take her to one side and have a word in her ear re: her dress sense.

I think Paul will win. His work is much more gentle than Richard's. I find Richards quite heavy.
