BBC iplayer Problem

I used to be able to watch BBC iplayer fine, but in the last week or so, the sound is still OK but the picture is no longer sync'd with the audio and instead is a series of still images out of time with the sound.

Why is this?

How can it be fixed?

    Sounds like a problem with your internet connection, I can view programmes fine. Are you viewing the 1.5Mb stream or the lower quality (800kbps) one? Also, are you getting any messages about insufficient bandwidth?

    Try rebooting your router and clearing your temporary files.
