Breakfast- 1 slice of toast (wholemeal) with marmalade (reduced sugar- sainsburys one, its ridiculously tasty!)

Lunch- a chicken and salad in a 1/3 of a sainsburys granary multiseed baguette.

Supper- oven baked chicken, oven chips and baked beans (we were feeling naughty and went for bad stuff :D )

Snacks ( throughout the day) - 2 plums, 4 clementines, small handful red grapes, a Maryland choc chip cookie and copious amounts of water.

My first time making marshmallos started at 5pm.....

Now sitting down with a big bowlful of delicious mashmallo cubes! (That are all for me!)

Bloody messy cooking with sugar (and dangerous!) I now have icing sugar everywhere!

    Quite proud of myself.
