  I hope it's metal, waterproof and has a fingerprint reader retaining the sd slot. And I hope the gear 2 releases with it or something

  I'll be watching purely because Samsung's Galaxy S launch events tend to be hilariously over the top.
  
  I don't think the S5 will be a massive step up. Most likely some new type of casing (potentially that horrible fake stitched leather thing) or metal plus a spec bump and possibly 4K slipped in somewhere.
  
  I hope I'm proved wrong though, especially as the S4 launch last year was quite underwhelming to say the least.

  Yes I will be watching. I'm hoping that it retains a removable battery and SD card slot. My next phone will likely be the note 4 so it will be nice to see a preview of some of what's to come in the S5.

  This phone looks awful (at least the leaks do)! I am hoping the rumoured aluminium version will be better.

  Didn't I say that their events are always hilariously over the top. Last time they had some awful adult/child theatre double-act thing to show the S4 features. Hideously awful.

  Although not too different from the S4 in terms of hardware and software. It's pretty much the same as the S4 if those specs are to be believed.
