Ipod - itunes library advice please

In my itunes library some artists are listed twice due to different spellings in the artist names, is their any quick way to correct several tracks at a time so that I do not have several different sections for each artist on my ipod?

this does not make much sense but I am hoping someone will know what I am on about.:p

    you mean for example

    Usher feat. Younge Jeezy
    Usher feat. Alicia Keys
    Usher


    you can select all the "usher" tracks (in this example) right click and go into Get Info and there should be a space for "album artist" you just change that to "usher" and they will all list under one name

    Yes thats it, thanks, am just having to reinstall itunes as it just keeps freezing up for some reason. then i will do as you suggested, thanks for that.
