Tesco Bank credit card opening hours for queries?

I have tried to phone about a query on my account.

It says on my statement open 24 hours a day 7 days a week but after going through several options,

I get a message saying "please call back during our opening hours" which is a bit confusing!

Does anyone know what the opening hours really are?

    Their website says 24/7 too. Phone their lost / stolen line (which they MUST attend 24/7) and go via that! Then go on to the Tesco Bank site and send them a nasty e-mail through the "contact us" section.

    Otherwise, I think 8am to 10pm would be a resonable guess.

    I've just had exactly the same experience! Why don't they at least say what their opening hours are?

    What number are you calling, this number should be 24x7

    That's the number but after going through security you get the message referred to above
