Stuart Blackburn needs to bring back Phelan to finish this storyline with Owen/Anna/Gary it just doesnt feel complete him getting off scot free from shagging Anna to end the contract. I think either he should die like Owen/Gary murdering him and not getting caught or Phelen being set up by Owen/Gary and getting sent down. Thats how this whole thing should end

    Bring him back as lord of the manor. Kick Owen out and take over as head of soaps' first family.

    I think he'd be a much needed breath of fresh air as a permanent character... much better than Jason's dad.

    They'll bring him back once Anna needs Phelan up again.
