Instead of having under cover meetings in a public place, couldn't they find somewhere more private

Or even left through different exits. For someone supposedly so clever he really is behaving rather stupidly.

Oh, Jesus, you'd NEVER be allowed to cross-examine a witness about legal matters, Turnbull directions, etc.

    OK, I'll shut up..........:o

That piece of evidence would never have been left for the defence to bring out, either. If you know that the defence is going to use evidence that's negative to your case, you make sure to get it out before the jury yourself. That way, it doesn't look like you're trying to hide anything and you can control how that evidence is initially heard by the jury.

I can do far fetched but this takes far fetched to a whole new level of laughable.

Best thing about the show so far. I really like the son's performance in particular

Thank you! It bugged the hell out of me, but since I'm no legal expert I thought I was being a tad overdramatic. Why on earth didn't prosecution counsel object? Will is a witness; felt like he was on trial just because he was a barrister. Why didn't the dumb judge stop the questioning?

Ugh! Didn't ring true at all.

Wouldn't have even needed the intervention of prosecuting counsel. The judge would have cut it off immediately. Of course, in reality, the question wouldn't have even been asked.

It is entertaining, I'll give it that, but I feel like smashing my head against a wall at times with the more ludicrous aspects.

Those achingly trendy posh properties usually don't have curtains.

And there was a train chooting chooting across the skyline. Bit dodgy not to have blinds when the world and his wife has a mobile phone with in-built camera.

Maybe she undresses in a closet. She ought to, what with that creepy client of hers sniffing around.
You would think Rose West would know better than to trust another psychopath.

    Haha!:D

I don't really care about any of the characters, apart from the little boy.
