How could Ed Balls seriously contemplate this knowing the emotional devastation it would cause! Could Britain's best ever (possibly only if some were to believe) songwriter be leaving if he has to pay a few more pennies? :D:D

    This is what happens when you impose punitive tax rates just to make a few quid and why the Tory Government got rid of it.
